Dear Structures Congress 2021 Submitters,
SEI and ASCE are committed to our members' and attendees' health and safety, especially our program presenters. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation both internationally and domestically, including how it may affect Structures Congress 2021, scheduled to be held in Seattle, WA March 10-13, 2021. With COVID-19 conditions still changing, we have decided to delay the notification of all submission's status to November. Thank you in advance for your patience. We will contact you as soon as plans for Structures Congress 2021 have been confirmed. Please contanct Debbie Smith if you have any questions. Stay safe, and please follow all recommendations to stop the spread of this virus.
NOTE: All accepted presenters and moderators are required to register and attend the conference.

Final Papers
Final papers are optional but encouraged. They should be 10–12 pages. A few additional pages are not a problem. Deadline for final publication ready papers is 11:00 pm ET.
Proceedings will be available online to all registered attendees September 2021.
